Cornerseals
To retrofit seals to a hinged swing window or door is simple if you use the CT Corner Grooving Tool. The hand held Grooving Tool cuts a 45° kerf into the corner of the jamb without removing most windows or doors. Tool comes complete with a vacuum hose and fittings to allow attachment to most vacuums. Openings can be cut in as little as 5 minutes and seals can be installed in less than 10 minutes with practice. CT Silicone Cornerseals are made from high quality silicone in various sizes and are flexible to -40°F. Gaps from zero to 3/8" can be sealed when choosing the correct size cornerseal. Customer find they can trim the barb off one size and insert it into the next size up to allow them to seal varying size gaps. We have reports that some older doors have used four or five different size seals on one side of the door! CT Cornerseal System has been approved for use on many historical buildings. CT Nylon-wheel Roller, Single Roller
CT Nylon-Wheel Roller Tool is used to speed installation of the CT Silicone Cornerseals. Convex shaped wheel helps to roll in the insert barb into the kerf.
